Sportswear Chain · Nationwide Store Fixture System

For a sportswear chain of several hundred stores, the old one-off customisation model could no longer keep up with its expansion. The brand needed not a single store but a fixture system that could be reliably replicated nationwide and refreshed quickly.

In design, Ziyi broke fixtures down into standardised modules — universal uprights, adjustable shelves, hang rails, mannequin platforms and accessory racks — that combine freely through a common interface, suiting stores of different sizes while keeping the image consistent. Metal parts share a uniform surface finish, wear-resistant and durable for frequent merchandising changes.

In production and supply, leveraging our own factory’s volume capacity and stable processes, fixtures are batch-produced as standard parts, centrally warehoused and shipped to stores nationwide on the opening schedule, greatly shortening lead times.

After launch, the brand’s per-store fixture procurement and installation efficiency rose markedly, the time from handover to opening for new stores shortened notably, and the system left a sustainable interface for future image upgrades.
