Outdoor Lifestyle Brand · Urban Concept Store

The brand wanted a concept store in the city centre where you can “experience the outdoors”, placing tents, gear and apparel within real scenes rather than merely on shelves. This demanded an integrated approach to spatial narrative, fixture craft and scenographic installation.
In design and craft, Ziyi built the main fixtures from natural materials — solid wood, distressed metal and terrazzo — combined with scene installations such as a climbing wall and a campsite, letting customers “step outdoors” inside the store. The edging and distressing of different materials, key to a convincing realism, were all controlled in our own factory.
For delivery, fixtures, scene installations and in-store signage were produced and installed by one integrated team, avoiding the effect drift of multi-party handovers and keeping everything unified from large forms to small signs.
After opening, the concept store became not only a sales point but an urban experience landmark for the brand, accumulating a deployable template of fixtures and craft for replicating “experiential stores” in other cities.
